I started this Sunday morning off with a smoothie bowl! It is packed with healthy antioxidants and fats, along with good fiber and protein. The spinach provides vitamin K and A as well as maganese, folate, magnesium and B vitamins.
Smoothie bowls are excellent because they are very fulfilling and pretty to look at, if I may say that.
1 cup of spinach
2 celery stalks
1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup of water
organic hemp seed
unsweetened coconut flakes
This was simple to make and delicious! The toppings make for a nice crunch too!
