I have been making smoothie bowls nearly everyday. This one is easy to make and tasted delicious.
- 1/2 raw spirulina powder
- 1 cup of organic blueberries
- 1/2 of a large avocado
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of water
- coconut flakes
- goji berries
blend the ingredients together. place the toppings on top. I keep extra toppings on the side to add as I eat! love smoothie bowls! bear with me in recipes. I mentioned in another post I make things on the fly and I don’t always have time to take pictures of the step by step process as other food bloggers do. usually it’s easy enough to do without pictures, I think anyway. I have twin 10 month olds, a 3 and 5 year old. I have to move quickly.
